Credits are non-refundable and:

• Cannot be transferred to other users
• Are processed securely through our payment provider

4. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your uploaded photos. For generated avatars:

• You receive a personal use license
• Commercial use is permitted unless otherwise specified

5. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Service interruptions or downtime
