Due to the instant delivery nature of our digital credits:

• All credit purchases are final and non-refundable
• Credits cannot be converted back to money

2. Technical Issues

If technical issues prevent avatar generation:

• Credits will be returned to your account
• No monetary refunds will be issued
• Contact support for assistance

3. Account Termination

If your account is terminated:

• Unused credits are forfeited
• Generated avatars remain accessible for download for 30 days
• No refunds will be issued for unused credits
